I created my first business, Baby’s Best Sleep, because I am absolutely passionate about getting babies to sleep, but the reality is that while everyone knows that there will be sleep disruptions when baby arrives, the support for adults is limited. Sleep disruptions interfere with everyones wellbeing and it’s my job to support you in developing healthy, sustainable habits to get your best rest.

I work with families to create gentle solutions that work for everyone, creating a relationship of trust, security, and warmth is important to me and we’ll work together until we get it right.

 

Bringing real, science-backed information to the masses is my calling:

  • Dispelling myths about child and infant sleep, sleep training and great aunt Jan's unsolicited advice
  • Sharing stories and experiences supporting over 750 families during their sleep training process, and now, supporting parents get their best rest as well
  • Providing factual, supportive advice for those seeking better mental health and wellness through the power of sleep
